28.08.2020 - 28.09.2020 Ukraine close borders for international tourists with some exceptions for certain categories of citizens of other countries entering Ukraine.
The exceptions set for such categories of Ukraine visitors:
- relatives of the first line
- have a work permit in Ukraine
- come to Ukraine to study
- serving in territory of Ukraine
- permanently or temporarily reside on territory of Ukraine
- recognized as refugees or persons in need of additional protection
- employees of diplomatic missions and consular posts of foreign states, missions of official international missions, organizations accredited in Ukraine and members of their families
- heads and members of official delegations of foreign states, employees of international organizations, as well as persons accompanying them and entering Ukraine at the invitation of the President of Ukraine, Parliament of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Office of President of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- persons arriving in Ukraine at the invitation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- are drivers and / or crew members of freight vehicles, buses engaged in regular transportation, crew of aircrafts, sea and river vessels, members of train and locomotive crews
- are instructors of armed forces of NATO member states and member states of NATO "Partnership for Peace" program who take part in training events for units of Armed Forces of Ukraine or arrive at invitation of Ministry of Defense of Ukraine
- cultural figures who arrive at the invitation of a cultural institution together with one person accompanying each of them
- arrive to participate in official sports competitions held in Ukraine and their accompanying persons
- technical specialists who come to Ukraine at invitation of representatives of Ukrainian enterprises
- persons who carry out transportation of hematopoietic stem cells for transplantation
- arrive for treatment in health care institutions of Ukraine
