On 8th of February 2019 in Ukraine was registered Tunnel of Love Trademark and now famous attraction of Rivne region could be used in production of goods and providing services.

The owner of the trademark is "Company Nashe Rivne" Ltd.

The trademark owner may use it himself as well as authorize or prohibit the use of this name for other persons in respect of following classes of goods or services:

- cosmetics, toothpastes, perfumes, substances for washing
- printed matter, stationery and office supplies, teaching materials
- coffee, tea, cocoa, pasta, flour and cereal products, bread, bakery and confectionery, chocolate, ice cream, sugar, honey, salt, spices, sauces and other seasonings
- beer, soft drinks, mineral and soda water, fruit juices, syrups
- alcohol
- advertising, business management, administration in the field of entrepreneurial activity
- legal services, services for protection of tangible property and individuals

Another trademark connected with Tunnel of Love is "Tunnel of Love (in Ukrainian language) Tunnel of Love" that belongs to individual entrepreneur Diana Klimyuk. This trademark could be used for such services:

- freight motor transport
- hotels and similar facilities for temporary accommodation
- restaurants, provision of mobile food services
