Kiev State Administration published Kiev Inbound Tourism Statistics 2016, 2017, 2018 - main indicators of inbound tourism by countries and regions of the world.
The most mass flow for Ukraine inbond tourism create citizens of Belarus, Israel, USA and Germany.
The total number of international tourists in Ukraine in 2018 is 1 million 930 thousand people: Europe - 34.7%, Commonwealth of Independent States - 29.4%, Asia - 14.3%, Africa - 13.3%, Noth and South America - 8.4%.
Kiev Inbond tourism in 2018 grows compare to 2017 around 26% and compare to 2016 - around 69%.
Key factors in increasing number of international tourists in Ukraine:
1. Increase of direct flights to Kiev
2. Prices in Kiev are at a comfortable level for international tourists as they can get much more here in Kiev than for the same money at home
3. Impressions from visit to Kiev far exceed expectations of tourists which creates many positive reviews on international tourist sites like Tripadvisor and contributes to creating a good image for touristic Ukraine
3. The disappearance of negative information about events in the eastern Ukraine from information television channels of the world - all those who come to Kiev understand that it is safer here than in London, Paris or New York
4. Development of event tourism (2018 UEFA Champions League Final, Eurovision Song Contest 2017, Upark Festival, Atlas Weekend Festival and others)
5. Promotion of Kiev at international tourist exhibitions
