On 24th of May 2019 in Kiev Holosiivskyi National Natural Park will open Eco-trail with length of 3 km in the only one in Ukraine and one of few national parks in the world located within the metropolis.

While walking by 3-km-long eco-trail tourists could enjoy birdwatching, compare own tracks with animal tracks and participate in animal watching, draw a forest landscape and together with friends embrace the largest oak in Holosiivskyi National Natural Park.

Holosiivskyi National Natural Park total area is equal to the area of 15 thousand football fields with 90% of the territory covered the forests.

More than 50 oaks in Holosiivskyi forest have the girth of more than 4.5 meters and their age exceeds 400 years.

The organizers plan to create more eco-trails in the cities of Ukraine soon.
