On 18th of April 2018 in Shiroke Airfield Pokrishkin Flight Training Center will sign several memorandums of cooperation with aim of flight school revival.

The first memorandum will be signed between Zaporizhzhia Flight Training Center named after Marshall Pokrishkin and Chernihiv High Aviation School whose main objective is to start training of private pilots. This will enable the revival of work of Zaporizhzhia Flight Training Center named after Marshall Pokrishkin. In addition a memorandum on cooperation on maintenance and repair of aircrafts and helicopters as well as aviation equipment will be signed.

By another memorandum will be set Public Organization "Kozatska Vataga" which will include the most active aviation organizations of Zaporizhzhia. This will let in the long term to use capabilities of Zaporizhzhia Flight Training Center named after Marshall Pokrishkin for development of aviation sports like flights of gliders and jumps of parachutists.

Till around 1st of May 2018 it is planned to finish Shiroke Airfiled certification so on two-kilometer runway will be able to land and take-off small business aviation aircrafts.
