On 8th - 10th of June 2018 in Tulchyn Potocki Palace of Vinnytsia region will take place Opera Fest Tulchyn - Ukrainian main festival of opera and ballet.

Opera Fest Tulchyn starts on June 8, 2018 at 21:00 in the evening. Opening of the festival begin with grand performance of Mozart's "Don Juan".

More than 30 soloists from Austria, Germany, USA and Ukraine, 300 orchestras, 50 dancers, 180 members of choral ensembles and four world-famous conductors: Oksana Linin (Austria - Ukraine), Taras Chris (USA), Yuriy Yarko (USA - Ukraine) and Volodymyr Syvohip (Ukraine) will perform at Opera Fest Tulchyn.

The novelty of the festival will be special children's program, performance of the world ballet as well as night rock opera.

For the first time at the festival instead of traditional theatrical decorations will use 3D decorations specially created for each of the operas.

Addition to bright night programs and concert will be 3D Mapping Show on the facade of Tulchyn Potocki Palace. In the night around the palace will be two hundred square meters of light installations.

Acoommodation during Opera Fest Tulchyn it is possible in the tent city and during three days of the festival tourists and visitors could have a meal in sepally organized food zones.

Also before the beginning of the festival Tulchyn is waiting for an artistic transformation which will be embodied in framework of a separate project "Leontovich Art Quarter".

The project consists of five creative components over the creation of which more than 40 artists from Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic and other countries will work from April 15, 2018 to May 30, 2018.

During these 45 days in Tulchyn there will be created:

- Ten impressive murals depicting the most famous opera houses in Europe - Vienna, Rome, Paris, Berlin and Odessa. Also a separate mural will be dedicated to the famous Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovich and his famous "Shchedryk" which was written in Tulchyn. Arthur Babyk from Krakow, Zbinek Lingart and Ivo Navrat from Prague confirmed their participation in the project.

- Exposition project of light installations "Divina". The grand fluoroart objects will be installed on an area of 200 square meters. In general ten artists from Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Minsk (Belarus) will work on creation of spatial light installations: Olena Sheptytska, Nikolai Kravets, Antonina Labartkova, Andriy Chereba, Pavlo Yunik, Khrystyna Kovalyuk, Alexander Lyatambor, Oleksandr Pavlyshyn, Kateryna Lisitsyna, Viktor Balkonsky.

- "University Residence" - public education and leisure area where there will be interesting artistic lectures, presentations and master classes.

- After competition of competition for creation of spatial objects and urban sculptures on the theme of melody of Mykola Leontovich "Shchedryk" on June 8, 2018 solemn installation and opening of monument "Melodies "Shchedryk" will be held.
