On 26th of August 2018 in Otrokiv, Khmelnytskyi region will take place Otrokiv Laser Technologies Festival - international festival with music concert and laser show.

The venue of the festival is Summer Palace of Count Ignacy Scibor Marchocki - Polish landlord-reformer who is known for his decision in 1795 to grant freedom to serfs in his possessions replacing obligation to work for the landowner with fixed payment for land rental.

Also Count Ignacy Scibor Marchocki set self-proclaimed country Minkovetsky State with own administration, money and borders.

In memory of unique person in his estate take place the festival of modern laser technologies.

Otrokiv Laser Technologies Festival also includes:

• competitions and quizzes, performances of humorists
• theatrical event - holiday of Ieiunium Cereris in Minkovetsky State
• historical exposition, photo exhibition
• historic-ethnographic excursions, dramatized knight tournaments and other entertainment
• cinema club that will present Ukrainian documentary, game and animation
• discussion clubs with meetings with influential figures of Ukrainian culture
