On 14.12.2017 - 14.01.2018 in Odessa will be held Odessa Christmas and New Year 2018 celebration with Christmas Town of Gingerbread Tales.

Near Statue of Duke of Richelieu will establish a real town of gingerbread tales - a place which tourists and guests of Odessa could visit with whole family in order to take a photo in a festive atmosphere and enjoy delicious sweets.

On December 19, 2017 on St. Nicholas Day - 3D gingerbread named "City Where Dreams Come True" will be presented and on December 25, 2017 on the eve of Catholic Christmas - a gingerbread "Cake-Clock" illustrating periods of Odessa's development.

Also on December 19, 2017 in the main square of Odessa traditionally light the lights of Odessa Main Christmas Tree. All tourists who are planning to visit Odessa for New Year's holidays are invited to the event. Here will be organized a real holiday for children - organizers will bake 3 000 gingerbread "in vests" - "Odessa Heart".

Traditionally, on December 31, 2017 Dumskaya Square will host a festive concert featuring Serega and ABBA Tribute Band. Leaders of New Year concert will be stylized as Ukrainian hetmans.

Celebrating of New Year 2018 will be held near Odessa City Council on the night of December 31, 2017 to January 1, 2018.

On January 7, 2018 at Orthodox Christmas near Odessa City Council will present a chocolate-gingerbread cake "Evenings on a Farm near Dikanka". After the presentation all guests will be able to taste this cake. In addition Christmas festival will take place in the city center in which creative teams of Odessa will take part.
