On 8th of December 2017 in Mykolaiv Zoo was born the only one in Ukraine Polar Teddy Bear and now it was made his or her first picture in public.

Nanuk (male) and Zafirka (female) are the only couple of polar bears in Ukraine and they have a baby of around 3 months old.

Zafirka came in 2014 in Mykolaiv Zoo from Moscow Zoo and Nanuk in 2017 was transfered from Brno Zoo located in Czech Republic.

Soon when Zafirka will let her baby to walk out in public - it will be a lot of fun to look at a little Polar Teddy Bear especially for children.
