On 24th of August 2018 in Kiev River Station will be held Kyiv Yacht Race - one of the most large-scale events in Ukrainian yachting and sailing sport.

The start of Kyiv Yacht Race is in Kiev River Station, Postal Square, 3 and timing of the races: 09:30 - 16:00.

Ceremonial opening of the regatta will take place in the water area of Dnieper River in Kiev River Station, Berth No.6. The competition will be attended by about 60 cruising and racing yachts with a crew of 4 - 6 sailors.

Distance of the regatta is from Havana Bridge to Pedestrian Bridge. The competition will consist of a series of short races which will give it a special spectacle and extreme drive.

In Kyiv Yacht Race will participate as professional athletes as well as amateurs from all over Ukraine. The judge of the national category will follow the observance of rules of sailing competitions.

Winners of the race will be awarded with valuable prizes from sponsors and partners of the regatta.

Organizers plan to make Kyiv Yacht Race annual event and invite everyone to participate!
