On 12th - 13th of January 2018 in Kiev Palace of Sports will take place New Year Ice Show of French figure skater Brian Joubert accompanied by an orchestra.

New Year Ice Show is an excellent combination of opera singers and figure skating stars under accompaniment of National Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments of Ukraine.

Tourists and residents of the capital of Ukraine will listen to world musical masterpieces: Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker", Prokofiev's "Romeo and Juliet", Bizet's "Carmen", aria "Queen of Night" from Mozart's opera "Charming Flute" and many others.

Under beautiful classic music figure skater Brian Joubert and his team will create miracles of figure skating on ice and let all to enjoy fully unique show.

French figure skater Brian Joubert is 2007 World champion, 2004, 2007 and 2009 European champion, 2003 - 2008, 2011, 2012 French National champion and 2006 - 2007 Grand Prix Final champion in solitary figure skating.

National Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments of Ukraine was founded in 1969. The first concert took place on April 12, 1970 on the stage of National Opera of Ukraine. The basis of concert programs of the orchestra is folk instrumental music of all regions of Ukraine. The original sound and unique timbre of national instruments (in the orchestra there are about 40 of them) make National Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments of Ukraine unique in the world.
