On 28.09 - 30.09.2018 in Kamianets-Podilskyi will be held Schola Militaria Festival - festival of military-historical reconstruction of XVII century.

The venue of the festival is famous Kamianets-Podilskyi Castle.

About 200 members of military-historical societies from Poland, Belarus, Czech Republic and Ukraine will revive historical events. Tourists and guests of Kamianets-Podilskyi will see training of troops, competitions of Cossacks, haidukiv and musketeers, archery tournament, become a member of torch procession.

At master class "School Cookery" tourists will get acquainted with authentic recipes and technologies and taste dishes of XVII century. Concert of Band "Khora Kozatska" will take everyone to Renaissance time.

Researchers of the history of this period Alexei Sokirko, Boris Cherkas, Andriy Sidoruk and Taras Konovalets during the panel discussion "Ukrainian Army from Insurgent to Professional Army - Known and Unknown" reveal the secrets of life, equipment and armament of armies of Eastern Europe of XVII century.

Concert "Zaporozhian Warrior's Army is famous" by "Khora Kozatska". The program includes music songs of XVII and XVIII centuries: church hymns which sang knights before the battle, cants, psalms, chivalrous songs, heraldic poetry and banquet songs.

"Night Watch" - torch procession of participants of the festival from Kamianets-Podilskyi Castle to House of Polish Magistrate (Town Hall)
