On 3rd of October 2018 set 3G Internet on Mount Hoverla at 2061 metres - the highest mountain in Ukraine and top attraction for tourists who like hiking in Carpathians.

3G Internet also appeared on territory of Training and Sports Base "Zaroslyak" at 1330 meters - training base of Olympic and Paralympic teams of Ukraine.

Taking into account Mount Hoverla relief the company first used alternative sources of energy - solar panels for the base station mounted at altitude of 1550 meters.

Now operator Vodafone Ukraine provides high-quality 2G connection in hard-to-reach areas of Chornohora Mountain Range so tourists during hiking up and down of the mountains will be able to contact their families and in case of emergency situations - rescuers (call 101).
