In Zaporizhia Airport will build New Passenger Terminal |
New Passenger Terminal of Zaporizhia International Airport (OZH) will consist of three floors. In addition the construction of a gas boiler, pumping station and transformer substation is envisaged. Construction site is 33.1 hectares and the area of the new terminal and other facilities - 6657 square meters. The period of building of New Passenger Terminal is two years and it should be finished till the end of 2019. Total estimated cost of construction of the new terminal is 543 159 000 UAH (around 20.5 million of US dollars), including the cost of construction works - 207.214 million UAH, furniture and equipment - 234.944 million UAH and other costs - 101 million UAH. As planned the terminal's capacity will be 400 passengers per hour including 250 passengers of international airlines and 150 passengers of domestic airlines. The deadline of the new OZH Terminal building is the fourth quarter of 2019 - two years from the start. About Zaporizhia International Airport (OZH) Zaporizhia International Airport (OZH) as a single technological complex is designed for air transport services for airlines, mail and cargo as well as special and rescue operations. The airport has a runway with an artificial surface 2500 meters x 42 meters, apron for 11 parking lots for aircrafts and the old terminal building that was constructed in Soviet era in 1965.
