On 14th - 16th of July 2017 in Verkhovyna, Ivano-Frankivsk region will take place Polonina Summer Fest - Hutsul holiday in Carpathian Mountains.

High on mountain valleys of Carpathian Mountains hutsul shepherds graze cattle, sheep, horses while living for 3-5 months in simple wooden houses - kolyba.

In huge caldrons with volume of some of them of 300 liters hutsuls cook the most delicious cheese of Carpathian Mountains: brynza, budz and vurda - so in accordance with taste and technology of production called Carpathian cheeses.

By festival program on 14th - 15th of July 2017 in Verkhovyna village will be held a festive concert, excursions to mountain valleys, rafting and museum tours.

On 16th of July 2017 in Zapidok tract near Verkhnii Yaseniv village will be a solemn commemoration of workers of polonians (mountain valleys) with good words, national songs and inflammatory dances.
