Ministry of Agriculture of Ukraine has started work on development of six Agro-Recreational Clusters of green tourism in implementation of project "Concept of Development of Rural Areas".

Agrarian recreational clusters will provide an opportunity to develop green tourism in Ukraine and become a new impetus for development of small and medius business in rural areas.

It is assumed that the project for creation of agro-recreational clusters will create an integrated tourism product, expand range of travel services and provide for rural population permanent jobs. As the result of creation of agrarian recreational clusters expected 3500 new jobs.

According to approved plan agro-recreational clusters defined in following areas:

- Mykolaiv region: year-round Resort "Koblevo" on the territory of Berezan and Ochakiv districts
- Poltava region: Cluster "Dykanka a Year Around" in Dikanka district
- Chernihiv region: Cluster "Cossack's Circle" of Parafiyivska Territorial Community featuring Kachanivka Park, Farm "Falcon Farm", Farm "Dream" in Ichnyanskyi district
- Odessa region: "Eco Park Frumushika" in Tarutino district
- Kiev region: "Medvyno" in Ivankiv district of Kiev district
- Kherson region: Resorts "Lazurne" and "Arabatskaya Strilka"

In February-April 2017 planned a series of two-day regional educational and practical events to promote successful experience of creation of agro-recreational clusters of rural development by European Union Project "Support of Agriculture and Food Policy in Ukraine".
