On 16th of April 2017 Ukraine will simplify obtaining Ukrainian Visa for foreigners so Ukraine visa cost 65 US dollars and time for obtaining the visa is up to 10 days.

Ukraine Government establish a single flat rate fee for Ukrainian visa - 65 US dollars regardless of its multiplicity, urgency and duration.

Regular time for obtaining Ukrainian visa is up to 10 days and in urgent case - up to 5 days.

Ukrainian visa is issued for up to 90 days.

Minimum list of documents for obtaining Ukraine visa: passport, financial security, certificate from the employer on paid leave, purpose of the trip.

Any citizen of Ukraine by confirming the invitation at the notary may invite a foreigner to visit Ukraine. Any entity - company, organization or business may send an official letter of invitation for foreigners to visit Ukraine.

Citizens of mentioned above which travel to Ukraine with the purpose of tourism single entry Ukrainian visas with term up to 15 day can be issued at border checkpoint in the presence of documents confirming the tourist nature of the trip.

Main Ukraine aviation gates where there is issuance of visas on arrival are Kyiv Boryspil International Airport (KBP), International Airport Kyiv (IEV) and Odessa International Airport (ODS).

Citizens of the People’s Republic of China travelling with tourist or business purpose may obtain single-entry visa valid for 15 days at the international airports "Boryspil" (Kyiv) and “Odesa”(Odesa).

• Ukrainian visa on arrival cost 2550 UAH (around 93 US dollars)
• Guaranty of sufficient financial resources for tourism visit of Ukraine is over 800 USD per 15 days of stay
• Passport should not to be issued more than 10 years ago, valid for at least 3 months after the expiration date of the requested visa and having at least 2 blank visa designated pages
• Citizens of foreign countries who are entitled to obtain visas at border checkpoints can pay visa fee through banking terminals using credit cards
• To confirm the tourist purpose of visit applicant/visitor must provide a hard copy in original or printed photocopy of one of the following documents:
  • a voucher of organized group tourist trip which includes information indicating hotel reservation/place of stay in Ukraine
  • travel service contract which includes information about the hotel reservation / place of stay in Ukraine
  • proof of accommodation for the period of stay in Ukraine
• Valid health insurance costs of at least 30000 Euros or the equivalent in another currency

It is supposed to be involved external service providers - visa centers as well as the possibility and right of a foreigner who applies for Ukraine visa to apply by sending documents by regular mail or postal services.

Conducting interviews with applicants using remote communication tools (Skype) that allow visual identification of the applicant.

Visas carried at a zero tariff rate applicable fee for children under six years.

Foreigners that have foreign Ukrainian status, their children and families may get long-term visas up to 5 years.
