On 12th of July 2017 in Nyzhnje Selyshche, Transcarpathia was opened the first Snail Farm - the main gastronomic resort of Transcarpathia.

In Transcarpathia snails as a delicacy collected in small numbers and the first Snail Farm be able to grow up to 10 000 snails per year.

Three kinds of snails are grown on the farm and the most favorable conditions for them are created as fodder as climatic.

In Snail Farm there are guided tours with snails tasting. Snails are very tasty somewhat resemble fried mushrooms but the taste is still unique.

Now in the farm tourists and guests could taste three dishes of snails along with delicious Transcarpathian wine:
- Snails "Burgundy" - with addition of tomatoes and garlic
- Snails "Saffron" - with saffron and other herbs
- Snails "Transcarpathia"- with rural cheese from Nyzhnje Selyshche Cheese Factory.
