On 30th of November 2017 finally back to state property Mezhyhirya Residence - estate of former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.

Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine has passed a decision by which Mezhyhirya Residence is transferred to the state property.

In the near future the inventory of this state property will be held and the management will be determined.

Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine will initiate the provision of Mezhyhirya Residence with status of object of natural reserve fund which will open the area for tourists and guests of Ukraine capital forever, allows care of rare animals and plants and create in the residence educational and scientific center.

Mezhyhirya Residence History

13.06.2007 - by order № 405-r of Ukraine Cabinet of Ministers property located on territory of tract "Mezhyhirya" and assigned to complex "Pushcha Voditsa" transferred to Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

11.07.2007 - by order № 521-r of Ukraine Cabinet of Ministers and order of Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine (16.08.2007) property located on territory of tract "Mezhyhirya" transferred to authorized capital of NJSC "The State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine".

19.11.2007 - by contract of sale "Medinvesttrade" Ltd. buy property of complex "Pushcha Voditsa" in Novi Petrivtsi, Vyshhorod Raion, Kiev Oblast located Ivana Franka Str., 19 and Mezhyhirska Str., 123a. Soon "Medinvesttrade" Ltd. has been liquidated and new owner of the estate became "Tantalit" ltd.

30.11.2017 - in ten years Mezhyhirya Residence back to state property.
