On 25th of January 2017 Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport (LWO) opened trolleybus line from New Terminal to Lviv city center.

Trolleybus route №9 (new number is №29) runs from New Terminal "A" of Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport to National University of Lviv named after Ivan Franko.

Additional trolleybus connections from New Terminal "A" significantly improve possibility to get to Lviv city center.

So in addition to bus route №48 which connects New Terminal "A" of Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport with Svobody Avenue in Lviv city center now also run trolleybus №9.

If to analyze routes of bus №48 and trolleybus №9 (new number is №29) from New Terminal "A" of Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport it can be seen that the bus allows tourists and visitors of Lviv to get to their hotels in historical part of the city and trolleybus will be convenient to get to hotels near Ivan Franko Park, for example, Premier-hotel Dnister.
