On 22nd - 23rd of April 2017 in Kolomyia will take place Pisanka Festival - folklore and ethno festival near unique Pisanka Museum famous in Ukraine and abroad.

1000 participants of the festival on the square in front of Pisanka Museum set the record of simultaneous singing of Ukrainain songs called "Hayivki".

Program of Pisanka Festival includes:

- traditional Easter Egg painting contest
- workshops with manufacturing products from colored glass and pottery
- performance of rock band "Motor'rolla"
- artistic program more than 10 folk groups from Ivano-Frankovsk region and other regions of Ukraine
- exhibition of masters of Pisanka from Poland, Romania and other parts of the world
- various interesting events in the city museums and more

These days the best masters of Pisanka, masters of arts and crafts - all who keep folk traditions and culture going to come to Kolomyia.
