On 23rd of July 2017 in Kiev Hryshko National Botanical Garden was opened Jedi Master Yoda Monument - a statue of famous Star Wars character.

The opening ceremony of Jedi Master Yoda Monument took part with participation of a stormtrooper, Jedi Knight Revan and 11 authors of the idea to create the statue of "Green Warrior" in Kiev, Ukraine.

Under solemn music of Republic Marsh from Star Wars Master Yoda and Stormtrooper cut a red ribbon to mark the opening of Jedi Master Yoda Monument.

The monument is about one meter in height and captures Masters Yoda at the time of demonstration of Force to Luke Scott Walker raising from the swamp drowned X-Wing Starfighter from 5th part of Star Wars "The Empire Strikes Back" (1980).

Jedi Master Yoda Monument is going to be one of the best tourist sights and attractions of Kiev.

Tourists and guests of Kiev now could visit Master Yoda with their children and make pictures and selfies for good memories about the capital of Ukraine.

So right now in Ukraine there are two monuments related to Star Wars Movies: one of them is in Kiev - Jedi Master Yoda Monument and one is in Odessa dedicated to Dark Lord Darth Vader.
