100% of the authorized capital of President Hotel is offered for sale. The initial selling price of the block of shares is 323 142 million UAH (around 12 500 000 million USD). President Hotel is located in Kiev, Hospitalna st., 12. Among the terms of the sale: preservation of the main activities for at least five years, prevention of dismissal of employees within 6 months from the date of transfer of ownership. The auction is held at State Property Fund of Ukraine on July 25, 2017 at 11.00 at address: Kiev, General Almazov st., 18/9, room 303 (3rd floor). The deadline for applications for participation in the auction is July 19, 2017. About President Hotel President Hotel was built in 1990 and reconstructed during 2006 - 2012 years. The hotel has 374 comfortable rooms. Each of the rooms is equipped in accordance with international quality standards of a 4-star hotel. The hotel has a large service area of 2.4 hectares. The building of the hotel consists of several multi-storey sections with a high ten-story section in the middle of it. The hotel belongs to business class. It has two large conference halls - a congress hall (a concert hall, 596 sq m) and a conference center (873 sq m) consisting of separate sections for events of almost 1000 people and meeting rooms. In addition the hotel has 5 banquet halls for 490 people and an entertainment complex for 127 people. In general there is a possibility of simultaneous holding of 17 separate events.
