On 30th of April 2017 in Kharkiv will take place Kharkiv International Marathon with participation of more than 10000 runners from Ukraine and another countries.

Kharkiv International Marathon promises to become a memorable holiday of sports and a healthy lifestyle.

The purpose of the event is to popularize running in Ukraine combining professional runners, amateurs and beginners.

Routes of 42.195 km, relay 2 x 21.097 km, 10 km and mini-marathon of 4.2195 km will pass through the most beautiful places in Kharkov along Sumska street, Pushkinskaya street and Nauky Avenue. Participants will run through parks named after Maxim Gorky and Taras Shevchenko.

Runners of Kharkiv International Marathon could look at main Kharkiv sights and attractions: Constitution Square and Square of Architects, Mirror Stream, Historical Museum, monument to mythical founder of Kharkiv - Cossack Kharko.

The first Kharkiv International Marathon in 2014 gathered more than 10000 people so Kharkiv is called - Ukrainian Running Capital.

11:00 - Rewarding at a distance of 10 km
14:00 - Rewarding at a distance of 42.195 km and relay teams
17:00 - Closing of "Marathon Town"
