On 14th - 26th of June 2017 in Kharkiv will take place Men EUBC European Boxing Championships - most historic event in boxing that will be held in Ukraine.

Earlier in Ukraine conducted Junior World Boxing Championship, Men European Boxing Cup, Women European Boxing Championship and Junior European Boxing Championships.

Kharkiv has repeatedly demonstrated that the city is ready for competition of the highest level. It is essential that Kharkiv citizens, tourists and guests of Kharkiv will be able to observe boxing matches of the best and strongest athletes in Europe.

For hosting of Men EUBC European Boxing Championships also applied countries such as Turkey and Russia. However the majority of voting members of Executive Committee EUBC voted for Kharkiv, Ukraine.
