In April 2017 near Lviv going to start building of Industrial Park Sigma Park Yarychiv - industrial park on 25 hectares with logistics center, offices, production sites and business center class A.

Located on highway Kiev - Chop (E40) Industrial Park Sigma Park Yarychiv consists of 91 000 sq.m. of Logistics Zone, more than 45 000 sq. m. of Production Sites, 8900 sq.m. of Office Zone and more than 12000 sq.m. of Small Businesses Zone.

Industrial Park Sigma Park Yarychiv will be located just 400 km from Warsaw (Poland), 800 km from Vienna (Austria), 550 km from Budapest (Hungary), 1300 km from Frankfurt (Germany), 1400 km from Istanbul (Turkey). Also it is just 60 km from Rava-Ruska, 70 km from Krakovets, 80 km from Shegyni and 270 km from Chop.

It is going to build treatment plants and substation of capacity 10 Megawatts for needs of the industrial park.

For staff of the industrial park from/to Lviv will run free shuttle bass.

Trade and logistics center Industrial Park Sigma Park Yarychiv it is very important for Lviv region because it is nearly 8000 jobs will be created for people from four settlements.
