On 6th - 14th of May 2017 in Kiev during days of Eurovision 2017 will take place Montgolfier Balloon Festival - 42 balloons from 42 countries of Eurovision participants will simultaneously rise in the sky.

Update! The festival is canceled during Eurovision 2017 and it will take place on 1st - 5th of June 2017 in Uman. More details - "Montgolfieria. Prosperous Country"!

Starts of balloons flights scheduled from Trukhaniv Island near Podil-Voskresensky bridge, Friendship Park and Hydropark from Dolobetsky Island.

Montgolfier Balloon Festival held each day: in the morning - 6:00 - 8:00 am and evening 18:00 - 20:00.

Balloon flights in Kiev during the festival take place when the wind speed is up to 4 m/s and no rainy weather. In the basket of the balloon there are up to 4 passengers and a pilot.

Maximum number of balloons over Kiev will fly from 6th of May 2017 (evening) to 9th of May 2017 (morning). Next the number of balloons will be less.

Every tourist and guest of Kiev who come to Song Contest Eurovision 2017 could buy balloon flight over Kiev for 60 minutes within the framework of Montgolfier Balloon Festival.
