On 14th of February 2017 near Dnipro was opened Industrial Park Pavlohrad - the largest industrial park in Ukraine with 250 hectares of land for opening of new businesses.

Industrial Park Pavlohrad is located in industrial heart of Ukraine in Pavlohrad city of Dnipro region. Nearby is international route E50 (M-04), Dnipro river port (90 km) and Dnipro International Airport (93 km). Within a radius of 300 km from the industrial park live more than 17 million people. This is 40% of the population of Ukraine. In the same radius centered 440 000 businesses and organizations which bring almost 50% of the profits of all enterprises in Ukraine.

Industrial Park Pavlohrad is already divided into 7 sectors in accordance with the profile of production. For engineering allocated 120 hectares, for production of building materials - 50 hectares, agricultural products processing - 25 hectares, light industry and hi-tech technology - 20 hectares.

According to the concept of the industrial park the company on its territory shall be registred in Pavlohrad region as week as create at least 50 new jobs. Polluting emissions into the atmosphere is prohibited.

Investors of the industrial park are exempted from equity participation in infrastructure development of settlements (in normal disposal of production are paid 10% of the investment) and the payment of import duty on the import of equipment and components that are not produced in Ukraine.
