On border of Ukraine and Hungary will open Checkpoint Nagyhódos - Velyka Palad in the middle of Autumn 2017 to facilitate border crossing for residents of border settlements.

Ukravtodor will repair 11.5 kilometers of the road from Chepa village to the new checkpoint. The road to the checkpoint from Hungary side is already built.

Hungary has committed to build a common point of control where will work Ukrainian and Hungarian border guards and customs officers that will simplify border crossing and reduce time of formalities.

Opening of a new checkpoint on border Hungary and Ukraine will improve communication between two countries which stimulate economy, investments and create new jobs.
