On 30th of December 2015 after complete reconstruction Zhytomyr Airport get its new aerodrome certificate and become base airport of Yanair Airlines.

It remains to complete some preparatory work after winter holidays and get a certificate of aviation security for Zhytomyr Airport.

So just in a short time expect that Yanair's first aircraft will land at Zhytomyr Airport. Here the airlines will carry out maintenance of aircrafts.

Yanair Airlines company is registered in Zhytomyr so taxes will flow into Zhytomyr budget and most importantly that residents of Zhytomyr will get new jobs.
