Mobile operator Vodafone buy 3G operator 3Mob of Ukrtelecom |
The transaction amount is around 3 billion UAH (around 120 million US dollars). Mobile network operator Vodafone buys 3G mobile operator 3Mob to surpass competitors in 3G network coverage and get the largest subscriber base. In 2014 3Mob operator served around 800 000 subscribers in all regions of Ukraine. The final deal should be done in the first half of 2016. Buyer of 3Mob of Ukrtelecom
