On 27th - 28th of February 2016 in Bozdoskyi Park in Uzhgorod will take place Uzhgorod Palachinta Festival - gastronomic festival with cultural and entertainment program that combines Transcarpathian and Ukrainian traditions with modern trends.

The name of the festival "Palachinta" (from Hungarian "Palacsinta") which is Transcarpathian dialect means "Pancake".
