On 10th of November 2016 Ukraine Railways start to sell train tickets by mobile app on smartphones on English, Russian and Ukrainian languages.

It is a universal mobile app for smartphones running any operating system. Now with a smartphone will be more convenient to book train tickets anywhere to pay by credit card. By the end of the year plans to develop a mobile app for smartphones running operating system Android. To use the mobile app for train ticket booking it is needed from a smartphone to link: http://booking.uz.gov.ua.

PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" (Ukrainian Railways) sells train tickets by Internet over a third of the total. Tsince 2012 through by Internet has sold 38 million of train tickets.

Currently train e-tickets (which are not required to exchange at railway station) operate on all internal traffic except for suburban, regional and extra trains.

E-tickets have the status of fiscal receipt. Such a document can be used for reporting of the trip. Also e-ticket issued via Internet passengers can not lose - it is possible to print them unlimited number of times from the letter which comes to e-mail of a passenger.
