On 28th of January 2016 State Aviation Service of Ukraine allocated rights to operate air lines between Windrose, Yanair, Dniproavia, DART and UIA.

LLC "Aviation Company "Windrose" has right to operate air lines: Alicante (Spain) - Kiev - Alicante (Spain) with frequency of flights - 2 flights per week to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of unlimited term of rights.

LLC "Aviation Company "Windrose" has right to operate air lines: Zanzibar (United Republic of Tanzania) - Kiev - Zanzibar (United Republic of Tanzania) with frequency of flights - 1 flight per week for charter international air transportation to/from Ukraine at least three flights a month and timing of rights: to 26.03.2016.

Ltd. "YanAir" has the right to operate air lines:
Athens (Greece) - Odessa - Athens (Greece) with frequency of flights - 4 flights a week.
Hamburg (Germany) - Odessa - Hamburg (Germany) with frequency of flights - 4 flights a week.
Budapest (Hungary) - Odessa - Budapest (Hungary) with frequency of flights - 4 flights a week.
Ganja (Azerbaijan) - Kiev - Ganja (Azerbaijan) with frequency of flights - 4 flights a week.
Larnaca (Cyprus) - Kiev - Larnaca (Cyprus) with frequency of flights - to 7 flights a week
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of term of rights: 01.03.2016 - 24.10.2019.

JSC "Aviation Company "Dniproavia" has right to operate air lines:
Warsaw (Poland) - Dnipropetrovsk - Warsaw (Poland) with frequency of flights - to 7 flights a week.
Burgas (Bulgaria) - Kharkiv - Burgas (Bulgaria) with frequency of flights - to 7 flights a week
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of term of rights: to 31.01.2026.

Ltd. "DART" has right to operate air lines:
Athens (Greece) - Kiev - Athens (Greece) with frequency of flights - 1 flight per week
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of term of rights: 25.04.2016 - 25.04.2017.

JSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" has right to operate air lines:
Dyusseldorf (Germany) - Kiev - Dyusseldorf (Germany) with frequency of flights - to 7 flights a week
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of term of rights: to 01.02.2066.
