On 2nd of April 2016 in Kiev near People's Friendship Arch will be held Kyiv Open Smile - the first festival of humor and laughter dedicated to International Day of Laugh and Jokes.

This is the first spring holiday will be the area of humor, good jokes and cheerful smiles, meeting place of good traditions, witty people and unsurpassed leisure.
