On 11th - 12th of June 2016 in State Aviation Museum will take place Samalet Fest - family aviation festival which aims to draw attention of younger generation to Ukrainian aviation, its history and status at the moment.

During Samalet Fest for children will be organized cognitive tours, lectures and quests leading real pilots of aircrafts and paratroopers so each child can feel like a pilot, flight attendant or mechanic in the real aircrafts.

At Samalet Fest will work picnic zone near the lake and cinema on open air. Also in program of the festival there are foam disco, washing up of aircraft, aviasimulators, special workshops, avia quests, electric cars, science zone, laser fight zone and more.

- Excursions, lectures and quests of pilots and aircraft designers
- Parachutists jumping, hot air ballooning and kite flying
- Aviasimulators, flying cameras, Eksperimentarium and many other thematic activities

1 ticket adult for one day (in the day of event): 150 UAH (around 6 US dollars)
1 ticket student for one day (pre-order): 100 UAH (around 4 US dollars)
Children under 14 years old: free of charge
