On 26th of December 2016 in Kherson opened Tree with Teacups for cup-crossing - anyone can exchange own teacup on handpainted teacup by pupils of School named Taras Shevchenko.

Tree with Teacups appeared on Suvorov street in Kherson as part of social project "Teacups Guests".

Original and unusual idea of popularization tourism in Kherson took part in competition of social projects "Active Citizens" and has received social support. During the first stage of the project was held a workshop at School named Taras Shevchenko where study orphaned children and kids deprived of parental care. Children painted every teacup in their own style which now decorating unusual Tree with Teacups.

The organizers invite all residents of Kherson and tourists who come to the city to join the action - bring own teacup and exchanged it for teacup painted by children hands. By this everyone bring to life a piece of kindness and joy just before Christmas and New Year 2017.

The first who took part in "cup-crossing" were residents of Kherson - so many people wanted to exchange their own teacups on souvenir teacups created by children's hands.
