On 10th - 11th of September 2016 in Dnipro will be held Jazz On Dnieper Festival - two-day jazz festival that for many years was considered as hallmark of Dnipropetrovsk (now Dnipro).

The festival founded in 1968 gathered stars of first magnitude of USSR and became the first step of musical careers of jazz musicians.

In order to revive cultural tradition of Dnipro in September 2016 after years of pause Jazz On Dnieper Festival will take place again.

Jazz marathon will take place in open-air format - in Globa park and on territory of Monastic island. Also will be held series of master classes in Dnipro Conservatoire name Hlinka. A special event Menorah Jazz Night will take place in Grand Hall of Menorah Cultural and Business Center.
